Aftercare Instructions -Apply a gentle, hydrating moisturizer daily -Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every day -Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 7 days -Avoid exfoliants, retinol, and active acids for 5–7 days -Avoid heat, saunas, steam, and intense workouts for 48 hours -Do not pick or scratch the skin -Stay well hydrated -Mild redness or warmth may occur temporarily and usually resolves within hours. Contraindications (Important) This treatment is not recommended for clients who: -Are pregnant or breastfeeding -Have active skin infections, open wounds, or cold sores -Have severe inflammatory acne or compromised skin barrier -Are allergic to TCA, salicylic acid, or peel ingredients -Are currently using isotretinoin (Accutane) or have used it within 6 months -Have recent sunburn or excessive sun exposure A professional skin consultation is required prior to treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, Ybonis Beauty Spa reserves the right to adjust or cancel the appointment to accommodate other clients. A late cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 Hours Notice: If a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost will be charged. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, 30% of the total service cost will be charged. Body treatment packages Package Expiry: Clients must use their body treatment package within 3 months of the purchase date. If they fail to redeem any or all sessions within this timeframe, the remaining sessions will expire. Skipping to the Next Session If a client no-shows for a session, the next scheduled massage will be considered the next in the sequence. The missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. In the event of a cancellation made within the 24-hour notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance or is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment of Fees: All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. This policy ensures that all clients receive quality service while respecting the time and schedule of Ybonis Beauty Spa, while securing bookings with a non-refundable deposit.
