The Lash Lift & Tint is a professional treatment designed to enhance your natural lashes by lifting, curling, and tinting them for a defined, fuller, and more dramatic appearance without the need for extensions. This treatment creates a long-lasting, eye-opening effect that highlights your eyes and reduces daily makeup time. What’s Included: Comprehensive Consultation: Assessment of your lash health, length, and curl to customize the treatment for optimal results. Lash Lift: Gentle lifting solution is applied to curl the natural lashes, giving them a beautiful upward shape. Lash Tint: Semi-permanent tint is applied to darken the lashes for a more defined, mascara-like look. Soothing Care: Lash conditioning solution applied to nourish and protect lashes post-treatment. Aftercare Instructions: Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours. Avoid mascara, steam, or heavy eye creams for 24–48 hours. Avoid rubbing or pulling lashes to maintain the lift. Use lash serum or conditioning treatments recommended by your technician to prolong results. Contraindications: Eye infections, conjunctivitis, or any irritation around the eye area. Recent eye surgery or lash extensions applied within 24–48 hours. Allergies or sensitivities to lifting solutions, tints, or adhesives. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should consult a physician before treatment. Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, Ybonis Beauty Spa reserves the right to adjust or cancel the appointment to accommodate other clients. A late cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 Hours Notice: If a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost will be charged. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, 30% of the total service cost will be charged. Body treatment packages Package Expiry: Clients must use their body treatment package within 3 months of the purchase date. If they fail to redeem any or all sessions within this timeframe, the remaining sessions will expire. Skipping to the Next Session If a client no-shows for a session, the next scheduled massage will be considered the next in the sequence. The missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. In the event of a cancellation made within the 24-hour notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance or is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment of Fees: All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. This policy ensures that all clients receive quality service while respecting the time and schedule of Ybonis Beauty Spa, while securing bookings with a non-refundable deposit.
