Our Scalp & Relax Wellness Ritual is a deeply calming experience designed to restore balance, relieve tension, and support scalp health through intentional touch and sensory relaxation. The ritual begins with gentle scalp care to cleanse and prepare the scalp, followed by a nourishing relaxation hair mask to hydrate and soften both hair and scalp. A therapeutic scalp massage is then performed to stimulate circulation and melt away stress. To enhance the experience, specialized relaxation tools are used on the scalp, creating a multi-sensory journey that promotes deep relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
Spa Party Policy at Ybonis Beauty Spa 1. Non-Refundable Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spa party reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your total service cost. 2. Remaining Balance The remaining balance for your spa party is due 48 hours before the appointment. If the balance is not paid in full by this time, your reservation may be subject to cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Extra Guests We understand that plans may change! If you would like to add extra guests to your party, they must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures we have enough staff and supplies to accommodate everyone. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Since your deposit is non-refundable, we highly recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your spa party. Changes made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the deposit. 5. Allergy Notification To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities at least 48 hours prior to your spa party. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to treatments and products. Ybonis Beauty Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions if allergies are not disclosed in advance. 6.Children’s Supervision Children are welcome at Ybonis Beauty Spa events, but for their safety and the comfort of all guests, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Ybonis Beauty Spa staff are not responsible for supervising children.
